  • Cabell Gallery accepts all major credit cards including American Express, Master Card, and Visa.
  • Our shopping cart system has built-in SSL certified security, for trusted protection against fraud. Cabell Gallery does not see or keep your personal financial information.
  • Most of our products can be shipped worldwide, some exceptions apply.
  • Your card will not be charged until an actual human employee verifies the availability of your selection. Our fine art gallery is an actual physically existing, “brick-and-mortar” retail gallery. In a rare instance the one-of-a-kind items we sell may be purchased before the website can be updated. If there are any changes necessary to your order you will be contacted first, and if not, a verification of the completed purchase will be sent to you.
  • We predominantly use FedEx for shipping (95% of the time, depending on the scale of the item).
  • All paintings are shipped "double boxed."  All care is taken with them but they are insured, just in case.
  • Any questions not answered by this website can be answered by a real human being during store hours (using email, phone or our contact us form).

So, view and purchase online, or come see us in person. If you prefer, you can call and speak with us directly and purchase anything you see on our site over the phone.

SHIPPING

After confirmation of availability and payment, your order will ship. We ship primarily with FedEx, and shipping is not free. However, anytime we ship out-of-state, state and local sales taxes do not apply. (This savings can sometimes exceed the cost of shipping!) Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of purchase. For some items, this is not possible. If shipping is not calculated, you will be contacted about additional shipping costs. Cabell Gallery reserves the right to adjust the shipping cost if necessary. If any adjustment is required due to special circumstances of the artwork, the handling and packing, or the delivery, you will be contacted before your card is charged to discuss options.

PRICING AND ERRORS

Prices are set by the artist and are subject to change without notice. While we try to make sure that all prices posted on this site are accurate at all times, we are not responsible for typographical and other errors that may appear. If the posted price for artwork that you are interested in is incorrect due to typographical or other error, we will inform you as soon as we become aware of the error and, if necessary, will refund any payments you have made toward the artwork. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information; however, we ask that if you have concerns, verify with our gallery to guarantee all details listed are accurate.

RETURNS

At Cabell Gallery, our goal is to connect you with unique art that you will love for a lifetime. We stand behind it 100%. 

Once a piece gets to your home, if you find it is not exactly what you had hoped, of course you may return it. To ensure that our artists are paid accurately and in a timely manner, all returns must be within 14 days of purchase. To help speed up your transaction please contact us by phone, email or in person before returning the artwork or shipping it back to us. 

Please note that shipping fees charged (if applicable) are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipment of the artwork and the risk of loss or damage until it has been received by us. Upon receipt of the artwork in its original condition, we will process your return. We want you to feel good about your purchase and your service. We will do anything we can to make sure you are happy about your dealings with Cabell Gallery.
